- A loop looks busy. An agent re-running the same failing test prints fresh output every minute. Nothing in its terminal says “stuck”, so it keeps spending until you happen to look.
- A waiting agent does nothing. The agent that asked a question sits idle until you find its tab. The fleet moves as fast as you notice, not as fast as it could.
